Blindman Valley Lions Club claim victory in can tab collection

Each year the Lions clubs compete in an annual can tab collection competition. For numerous years the Lions club from Pigeon Lake has crushed their fellow competitors by pounds, which when you consider just how little a can tab weighs, that’s quite impressive. The winning club collects all the tabs from their competitors and they take them in to scrap dealers in exchange for funds. These funds are donated to Diabetes research.
